Personal data processed
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the identity and contact information you share (name, email address, phone number) and the content of your message. When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as the IP address for network security. In addition, the visit counter that runs on our own server counts usage data such as the pages opened, where you came from and clicks on email and WhatsApp links, in aggregate. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to reply to your request, assess your needs, prepare quotes and conduct pre-contract discussions. The legal bases under Article 5/2 of KVKK are that processing is directly related to the formation of a contract (c), is necessary to meet a legal obligation (ç) and serves the legitimate interest of the controller (f).
Data from the visit counter is evaluated in aggregate to improve the site.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with service providers for hosting, email and messaging to the extent the service requires. Some of these providers may be located abroad; transfers abroad are made in line with the conditions in Article 9 of KVKK.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for statutory limitation periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights as a data subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
