What this policy covers
This policy explains what data we process when you visit okenext.com and when you contact OKENext. For the legal information notice under Turkish data protection law, see our Data Protection Notice (KVKK) page.
What data we process
You do not need an account or a form to browse the site; the site has no contact form. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the name, contact details and message content you share. The contact links on the site add the address of the page you were reading to the message as context; you see this before sending and can change it.
Analytics and tracking
We measure visits with a counter that runs on our own server and uses no cookies. It counts information such as the pages opened, where you came from, approximate location, device and browser type, and clicks on email and WhatsApp links, in aggregate. Your IP address may be processed technically but is not stored in the analytics records. We use the results to improve the site and do not share them with third parties.
Apart from this we use no analytics tool that tracks visitor behaviour. If we later use a tool such as Google Analytics 4, it will load only with your consent, and we will update this policy beforehand.
How we use the data
We use it to reply to your message, assess your needs, prepare quotes and run the conversation. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Hosting and service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may technically process request data (for example the IP address) for network security and performance. Correspondence through email and WhatsApp is subject to the terms of the respective provider.
Your rights and contact
To obtain information about your data or request correction or deletion, write to info@okenext.com. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we handle such requests in line with it.
