Short answer
Business AI consulting identifies the processes in your company where AI can genuinely create value and designs a measurable pilot that fits your data, cost and human-oversight constraints. We accept from the start that not every process improves with AI; if it does not suit, we say so.
Find the right workflow
Start with recurring information work rather than a model name. We assess volume, current effort, error impact, data availability and required human oversight.
Define a measurable pilot
A process owner helps map inputs, decisions and outputs. Conventional automation remains an option. A pilot focuses on one workflow and agreed success and stop criteria.
Assessment deliverables
The assessment identifies use cases, data and access requirements, solution options, risks and an evaluation plan. Model and hosting choices consider quality, latency, data handling and total cost.
Evaluate the full process
Measure errors, review effort and cost per completed task against a baseline. High-impact actions need explicit boundaries. Not every process benefits from AI.
When AI consulting is not needed
If business rules are clear and inputs are structured, AI may not be needed; rule-based automation is cheaper and more predictable. If there is no access to data at all, or the decisions involved cannot be reversed, other preparation is needed before an AI pilot. See AI or rule-based automation? for the distinction.
How we work
With process owners we map current flows and repeated information work. Candidates are assessed by volume, cost of errors, data access and human oversight. For the chosen process, success and stop criteria are written and the pilot scope is designed. At the end of the pilot, a decision to scale or stop is made from the measured results.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions before starting an AI consulting engagement.
Do I need to collect data before starting an AI project?
Not always. We first assess what is possible with your existing data and process examples, and the report states clearly where data preparation is needed.
Which AI model do you use?
We are not tied to a single provider. The model is chosen for the process at hand by comparing quality, latency, data-handling terms and total cost. We have worked with models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.
Will my data be used to train the model?
That depends on the terms of the chosen provider and your account settings. Before any data is shared, we confirm in writing which service will be used and under which conditions.
Is AI suitable for every business and process?
No. We define the success criteria for the pilot up front; if the result does not meet expectations we say so and, where appropriate, recommend a rule-based solution.
