SaaS Product and MVP Development

We turn your SaaS idea into a testable MVP with multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions and payments, then into a product that can be maintained and grown.

Discuss your SaaS decision

Short answer

SaaS development turns an idea into a first release that can be tested with real users, with multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions and payments. We first choose one customer problem and one completable value flow; data separation and reliability foundations are built from the start.

Define the first customer problem

Identify the user, reason to buy and core workflow. An MVP is a release that tests the product’s main value with real users, rather than a miniature version of every planned feature.

Product and architecture

Customer accounts, permissions, subscription lifecycle and tenant isolation are considered early. Billing and usage limits follow the business model. Extra infrastructure is added when justified.

Delivery and acceptance

The scope defines user journeys, architecture, a working release and observability. Registration, first value and successful core tasks become testable acceptance criteria.

Learn after launch

Activation, repeat use and support requests inform the roadmap. Share your target customer, the problem to solve and existing validation to define the first release together.

When building SaaS is not needed

If the problem you target is already solved well enough by an existing product, or the software will only be used inside your own company, a SaaS architecture adds unnecessary complexity. Finding customers and validating the product is also work independent of software; software does not replace it.

How we work

The target user, reason to buy and main flow are clarified; the MVP scope becomes a written first-release contract. Architecture and product are designed together and development moves in short steps. After launch, activation, usage and support requests decide the next step.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we often hear before building a SaaS product.

How long does an MVP take?

It depends on the scope. Our aim is to put the first release in front of real users as soon as possible; once the scope is clear we give a phased timeline.

Do you have a SaaS product of your own?

Yes. LiftOfis (liftofis.com), which we built for elevator maintenance companies, is live. We apply multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions, authorisation and offline mobile work in our own product as well.

Do you also set up payments and subscriptions?

Yes. Depending on your business model we integrate a payment provider or a mobile subscription layer (for example RevenueCat) and design it so that subscription status and usage rights stay consistent. For the mobile side, see our web and mobile app development page.

My idea is not fully defined yet. Can I still get in touch?

Yes. If you are still validating, we suggest starting with a small scope and testable acceptance criteria so you can get feedback from real users without a large investment.
