LiftOfis: Elevator Maintenance Management Software

What problem does it solve?

In elevator maintenance companies the work chain is often split across scattered tools: quotes in one place, maintenance planning in another, field records on paper or in chat groups. As a result, a completed maintenance visit may never be invoiced, a periodic inspection date may be missed, or the office may learn late what happened on site.

LiftOfis approaches these problems with one principle: performed maintenance must never lose its revenue.

What does the product cover?

The product follows one lifecycle: survey and quotation, maintenance contract, monthly maintenance plan and work orders, the technician closing a job in the field with photos and a signature, tracking of periodic inspection dates and deficiencies, closed jobs landing on an invoice-ready list, and collection follow-up.

The technician app keeps working without internet and sends records once a connection returns. The office sees what was done on site in the same moment.

The engineering side

LiftOfis is designed as a multi-tenant SaaS: each elevator company's data is kept separate. The product consists of a .NET backend made of business services, PostgreSQL, an Angular web application for the office, and a Flutter mobile app for technicians and managers that can work offline.

Each of these choices touches topics we also advise on in client projects: tenant isolation, authorisation, offline synchronisation and data migration.

Why we share this
